Susanne was excellent. She paid special attention to the area I was having stiffness and she suggested "cupping" as a way to get circulation to that area to may e loose it up. Liz serviced my daughter and was excellent as well as knowledgeable about areas of my daughter's back . Liz made sure to give details of the condition of her muscles and also made suggestions of stretches and exercises she should do until her next massafe.
