Brittany used the right amount of pressure. The massage wasn’t relaxing in terms of the pain. She did tell me to tell her if it was painful but I also knew I wanted her to get out all the knots in my body which was a lot. After the massage, my back felt super light and relaxed as if all the muscles are now loose and without tension.
