Love your new facility. Beautifully decorated, very clean. Your people are friendly/helpful. Very happy with Covid precautions I.e. requiring masks, sanitizing rooms between customers, staggering appointments to minimize the amount of people in the waiting room. Love the Groupon rates and you honoring them for up to 3X. Regular rates are a bit high but the packages and the membership bring them to more reasonable rates. I Personally don't agree with the extra $15 enrollment fee to purchase a membership. If a customer is willing to commit to paying for at least 1 massage, they are making a long term financial commitment and the $15 extra fee seems a little like a nickel and dime fee. Otherwise, I really have liked my experiences at Well into Life and look forward to establishing a long term relationship with you. Oh, and by the way, the massages received from Stephanie and Link were awesome.
