Chris was amazing. I've never had anyone read my musculature so accurately. He was able to tell me a lot about what's been causing my pain and gave lots of recommendations on methods and tools to help prevent further damage. It was the first time I've had a therapist give me real myofascial release and I will definitely be back for more.

Amalie was the beast massage therapist I've ever seen. She was so respectful, knocking before entering, double checking on pressure and heat, etc. She was also extremely knowledgeable, explaining the benefits of what she was doing. She additionally gave me recommendations for ways to help my muscles at home. Overall, an outstanding visit. Highly recommend!
