The apt scheduling was straightforward and easy to use. The communication with the staff was professional and prompt. The facility is inviting, calm and extremely clean. The therapeutic massage was exactly what I needed and the therapist was very knowledgeable and focused on where the pain was, she explained in details what did to me and what the expectations would be. I chose 10 because the establishment was nice, customer service was great, and Christopher gave the best massage and educational information during the session.
