I use Maria for a 90 minute massage once a month. Of course a massage is relaxing. But Marie with her expertise is keeping me limber as I age. I have some issues with one leg and she can actually reduce the swelling and tension in that area, which reduces the pain, so I don't have to treat the pain with medication.
