I commented on this when 8 made my next appointment but I don't mind repeating it here. Due to past trauma specifically around massage, I asked for a lot of accommodations and understanding. The front desk was extremely kind and helpful. I was made to feel welcome and appreciated as a client. Anna, my therapist, was extraordinary. She made me feel safe, which I thought would be impossible. Her technique is calming, thorough, relaxing, and extremely impactful. I never dreamed I'd walk out of my appointment feeling as good as I did. I will happily and enthusiastically recommend Anna and Well Into Life to literally anyone who asks.
