• This week I had a 90 minute massage with Anna. The entire experience was exceptional. For me to receive the most benefit from a massage the target areas need to be identified, the environment must be relaxing, and there needs to be open communication between the therapist and me. Anna did an amazing job of releasing tension from the tight areas of my body and frequently asked if I needed deeper or lighter pressure. The stretches felt wonderful. Today, twenty-four hours later, I feel so much better. Thank you!
