• My whole experience was great! Side note- one "bad" thing was the system wasn't recognizing that I had already completed the client form. I wasn't expecting to have to complete the form again so I didn't allocate time for that which means I lost a bit of time on my appointment (partially on me, I intended to get there earlier)
