Elaine is so sweet and is super helpful with all questions I have. Everyone who works there loves to help people and that's what makes them all great coaches. Weigh 4 Life is the only place I trust with something as personal as my weight, weight loss journey, and my life and lifestyle as a whole. I hardly even trust doctors with this stuff because in my mind, they have to say what they say. The coaches here say what they say to help me, not make me feel badly about myself.
My life has change for the better because of Weigh4life! I feel so much better than I did when I weighed 260 lbs. Yes I need tune ups, but the Weigh4Life is my way for life! Love the coaches and the program!
