My kiddo always has fun at WRTS! The staff are always nice, they keep well stocked snacks on hand (not always the healthiest of snacks, but still a great supply for kids), the bathrooms are clean and my kiddo loves it here! If you want somewhere, safe and engaging for your kid, I highly recommend WRTS.

After being a customer for over five years we will no longer be returning or recommending We Rock the Spectrum. After a very concerning and unsafe incident and trying to reach literally anyone in a corporate position it is clear this company does not care. I have emailed, called and left messages with no reply.

This is an amazing indoor spot! My 5 yr old extremely active granddaughter was visiting from Pa, and fortunately we found this place! She ran, slid, jumped, climbed, made a few new friends, and ZIP LINED for several hours without stopping! It was refreshing to watch her interact with other children who were playing as she was! This is a magnificent concept...I am a retired teacher and know how important it is to be inclusive. Sometimes, however, our active, spectrum, etc. kids need to be catered to and recognized. Thank you for this! WRTS will be our go to place when Erilynne visits again!!

I absolutely love this space ! There's so much great equipment and cool classes for kids here. The kids are growing and learning so much in a safe fun environment here. Nicole the owner is so passionate about helping them reach their highest potential.

My wife and I have been taking our daughter to we rock the spectrum for years now. Since restrictions have lifted since the pandemic, we've started brining her and our son to them now. They're wonderful. Recently, my wife and I were planning my son's birthday and everything fell through the day before. Every vendor cancelled, the jumper company said they couldn't deliver because they didn't have a generator to spare, etc etc. My wife and I scrambled around the Internet looking for a location last minute and get ahold of everyone who RSVP with us about what was happening. We Rock The Spectrum answered that call, they filled that need. Not only were they accommodating but they were also affordable and so very helpful. SIO and Evan were amazing. I wish them all the success and I wouldn't think twice about going again with my family. They really were stellar with the kids and the panicking adults. (Toddler birthday parties am I right ? IYKYK) They helped set up, distracted the children and even helped us pack up as we were leaving, all the while having a smile. It was a big deal to my wife and I and the rest of our family because I know my family and friends can get loud, and expressive. If you have an event, I believe they can help. Thank you again We Rock the Spectrum and especially to SIO and Evan.

Cute little spot, kinda hidden in the back part of the shopping center where the guitar center is in Northridge. Came here for a bday party for one of my daughters friends. Small but has a lot to do, they have a little back area with about 4-5 tables for a full set up for bday cake and food. 1 bathroom, which also has a changing area, which I very much appreciate for baby. At the entrance you do need to leave your shoes, which they have cubbies for your shoes, must bring socks, or you can buy a pair there. It's spot got a smaller intimate party. Unsure of pricing though. I do know the party was about 3 hours.

I'm leaving a second posting just because the owners response was a lie. Or maybe you just don't go into your establishment as temp checks haven't been done once in the many many times we have been including at the tail end of Covid. I understand being an owner and trying to save face but there are consistently sick kids every time I've gone. Maybe if your friends kids need a drop off your friends can drop them at the doctor. Special rules for friends and family puts other people and their children at risk. Your response was infuriating

Hello there, this is Dina Kimmel the owner. We are so sorry for your experience. As you become a frequent customer of our gym, we do often try to accommodate those who are in an emergency situation. As you wrote above, when someone drops off their kiddo for We Rock care, we do temperature checks. But unfortunately you are correct, some parents will give their children Tylenol or Motrin and then the kiddo becomes ill while they are in our care. This is also a huge allergy season right now as well. We would love to have you back in, and hope we see you again.
May 1, 2023Previous reviewI would leave zero stars but the staff are so nice this time around. I have a few issues with this place. Last year I took my tot here but there were these two older kids who were so rude (mainly to my tiny tot who was a little over 12 months at the time) and walked around like they owned the place (turns out it was the manager or owners kids but still should act like entitled rude children to paying customers). So I stopped taking my child there. It also always felt dirty and unsanitized and Covid wasn't completely gone.
This brings me to recently. It's been very hot so instead of the park I figured I'd try this place again as we still had passes for it. We went and it felt a lot "cleaner" at least for a kids place. The staff were suuuuper kind so that was a bonus. But by day 2 things kind of went downhill. They have "drop offs" for potty trained kids. Awesome right? Not so much. The owner apparently makes exceptions for friends that work next door. They dropped off their 3 year old girl and her much younger brother. (Neither potty trained). The little girl was running around pushing kids over (mostly her brother), screaming bloody murder but mostly just coughing on EVERYTHING! Aside from coughing she had chunks of green snot pouring out of her nose. She'd just wipe her nose and spread it everywhere. Look kids get sick. I get it. But most responsible parents will keep their kids home or at least away from other children who need to go to school because their parents work!!! Must be nice to not give a crap about other people when you own this business. Now my kid is sick, stuck at home and I'm stuck out of work until he is better WITH NO PAY!
Like I said staff is great but the owner/manager should be ashamed of themselves.
Dina while I appreciate your below comment not once had anyone EVER been temp checked at this location as I went at the tail end of Covid and recently so while appreciate the apology that is a total lie - Suzanne A.Canoga Park, CA6262Jan 21, 2023
The children's gym that my niece usually takes my great niece to was closed for the winter holidays, so she looked for one that was open. She found this attractive, warm, and inviting space. I went there to join my niece and great niece. My other niece, the toddler's aunt, also joined us there. We all enjoyed the equipment, props, activities, and storytelling. We spent a very worthwhile hour there. My niece purchased a package of six visits, so I know we will be returning.

First time here, great indoor gym that caters to all ages!! Therese was the one who helped us and she was wonderful!! She was so patient and watching her attend to all the other kids, I have to say I was so impressed and feel comfortable leaving my young ones for. Drop off in the future. It's not common to see that, and she was interactive with them, also handling the tantrums with so much patience and helping people check in. Impressive given she was the only staff there! We will def be back as we got a package! Highly recommend you getting a package as it's more bang for your buck. It's like a mini my gym with lots of options for smaller and older kids. Really great indoor gym!! Also clean and great that they allow you to sit and give your kiddos food outside the play area. Big bonus that it's walking distance to a CPK if you didn't bring food with you. Thank you Therese for your help today! Our kids had a blast!
