I've been coming to waxxpot for about a year now. Amy has been so wonderful and always goes above and beyond to remove hair. I'm so sad to see her leave but nothing in life is permanent!!

I am very pleased with my experience at the Waxspot!! Mikayla did amazing with my wax and was really great assuring me throughout the whole process, as this was my first professional wax. Very nice and clean establishment and great staff! Best place to get ready for this spring break :)

Allison is so friendly and really puts you at ease. She is quick and has great hands for the task at hand!

I love Waxxpot! I have gotten my eyebrows and lip done there a couple of times now and each time I leave satisfied and IN LOVE the work they do.

So many times in the past have I been scarred by the experience, not listened to, or left with bad rashes and acne breakouts following my waxing. When I go in to Waxxpot, they are always clean and I feel like my opinions/thoughts are actually heard by someone that cares and wants to give me a great experience. The staff here are also super knowledgeable about after care and tell me how to avoid subsequent breakouts or skin flares. Will be an ongoing customer for sure!

Called and scheduled a wax and was told I had to fill out the consent form when I arrive. As I was handing the consent form back to her, she said that she'll have to reschedule me for a later time since we're a few mins into my time slot. I responded that I have somewhere to be and can't do it today and she said she'd have to charge me a last min cancellation fee. WHAT?

Overall the receptionist's attitude was awful. I won't be coming back ever and do not recommend this place at all.

I love Waxxpot! Specifically Allison! I've been going to her for years and can't believe I haven't written her a yelp review yet. She's seriously the best! She always pre-books my appointments and takes excellent care of my service. She's always on time and efficient. The establishment is clean, and the front desk staff is friendly too! ALETRA IS MY HERO--so nice and and friendly and didn't make me hate my life during my Brazilian. European wax center is cancelled, out with the old and in with the new

Let me start by saying that I am an esthetician that works at a high volume wax center myself so I know a thing or two about a brazilian wax-that being said, Madison blew my mind! I left waxxpot and called three other people to say that was the best wax of my life. I routinely wax myself using hard wax but every few months I get a soft wax brazilian- Madison just changed that. I prebooked with her when I left and fully intend to keep coming back. The service was nearly painless, there was minimal (if any) irritation/redness and I was in and out fairly quickly. The entire experience was enjoyable which says alot as this is a service I know most women dread. Great Job Ladies!! I am so pleased to have come in today!!

I have never been to a salon that was so cold and sterile, but for my first visit here, I would rather give them another try when things are back to normal.
The waiting area was comprised of two low steel benches that were very uncomfortable and the when I went into the room for my wax, there was no sheet just the vinyl bed. I do not know if the
a/c was on low or if it was due to the fact that I was lying on vinyl but I was sweating more than normal and it was unpleasant. I also did not like that Tiffaney was not provided with a magnifying lamp. If you are going to run a salon that deals with hair removal, a lamp is a necessity to ensure even the finest of hairs are removed; it should not be up to the client to analyze every spot missed. Tiffaney was great and both she and the receptionist were very nice.

My second time at Waxxpot, and Iove it! Friendly, and professional staff, with a charming and welcoming ambience to this place. Both times, Devon did the Brazilian wax that I requested, and both times she was caring, efficient and had me in and out of there in no time. It's in a great location, as I don't have to drive too far, and sit in crazy traffic for too long. Five stars! Highly recommended.
