• I believe a 10 is given for exceptional and above and beyond across the board. From entering an establishment-greeting-service-cash out The service and waxing young lady was amazing I would definitely give her name out for others to request. She had such a beautiful energy and made sure I knew what to expect throughout the service. Bravo!! This is not always the case in this industry (I've been waxing for almost 20yrs) The young lady at the front desk, seemed indifferent as to being there or not. Low energy, had an unkept appearance about her. (Thought maybe she got up late and rushed out the door to work kind of look to her)
