• The last few times, I found that the hair wasn't pulled at the roots. There was a LOT of breakage and patches (knees, ankles, inside thighs) that were missed. So in just a couple days, I was no longer able to show off the smooth legs I expect for weeks after a wax. However the technicians were lovely and professional so bonus points for that!
