• I went for my first time appointment at Waxon Commerce court on Friday, August 16th and I was hesitant at first when I booked it online. I randomly chose the name Evelyn because the name came up. Luckily, Evelyn was really awesome, professional and very knowledgeable. After my appointment, I ended up buying a package for the service plus 2 products (total $366.00) because I was pleased with Evelyn. The receptionist on the other hand was not as kind. While I was waiting and looking around at the products on the shelf, she even pretended to arrange the products even when there’s nothing to arrange. I wondered if she thought I was going to steal it? Very strange behaviour. And when I was done, after I paid for a packaged service, I requested a copy of my detailed invoice and she told me almost impatiently that it will be emailed. I did not receive it so I ended up calling just to get my copy. Other than that, I am very pleased with Evelyn and will only book my appointments with her going forward.
