• The staff was welcoming upon my arrival, Simone was on time and very friendly. With her talking to me, it distracted from the slight discomfort of waxing. She mentioned how my skin care routine may affect the waxing results, and respected when I told her that I prefer to wax over tweeze. Amazing results!!
