• Staff is always so welcoming. Got stuck in traffic and was a few minutes late to my appointment and staff was so understanding. I've been doing primarily Brazilians - which can be an awkward experience lol but Simone makes it as quick and painless as possible!! We usually end up chatting the whole time.
