• Christine was really down to earth and did a great job. I had to reschedule my appointment and the receptionist was very accommodating. Also, the bridge run was this weekend which I totally forgot and had scheduled my appointment for 10:45 AM. I got a call from the receptionist asking if I wanted to push back my appointment due to potential traffic. I appreciate Waxed staff thinking ahead and handling potential issues before they arose.
