• From the moment I arrived for my appointment to the end of my appointment Darlene made me feel comfortable. She was very kind, courteous and professional. I normally go to the West Seattle location. However I haven't been in a long time. I found that the store had closed, which is why I scheduled with Kirkland. I was unsure how the appointment at Kirkland would go. I'm so happy and pleased with the service I received.
