• Everything was great but I did sit in the waiting room for 20 minutes past my scheduled appointment time and I was a few minutes early for my appointment. So it was a little annoying to have my time wasted. I had planned on using that time to eat before work. Also, in the past they would ask if I wanted any taken off the top part but they have not asked the past couple of times and just put wax there. And by then it's too late.
