• Jeanne is very talented. My only complaint about your salon is the lack of a telephone receptionist. The stylist answering phone calls and making appointments too is poor customer service. It wastes the clients time and takes the stylist longer to complete her work. Busy people won't return to a salon when it takes the stylist longer to complete their work because she is trying to do two jobs at once. Customers are paying the stylist to get their hair done; not answer the telephone and make appointments.
