It was a torturous, mental battle. I do a lot of high intensity training so I am familiar with controlling my aspirations in an effort to decrease my heart rate but the amount of focus and concentration I needed just to be able to do that was off the charts different from any other training I have done. I loved every second of it. Will be back.
