• Loved the teacher, she was very friendly on arrival and I really enjoyed her energy. She welcomed me as a new guest and made me feel at ease about her class. She brought her beautiful energy to the space and I loved that she offered lots of modifications to allow for my very stiff and out of shape body at the moment due to an injury. Was a great class I throughly enjoyed her easy going nature! Thank you (I’m sorry I forgot her name) short brown hair
