• Because the experience was top notch; from booking appointments and electronic communication, to feeling well taken care of through a pandemic and safety as a first priority, to of course the excellent experience of a great hair cut and colour that lasts 1.5 months through lockdown. I still had people asking me six weeks in where I recently/secretly got my hair cut and I said I have not - my stylist is just that good!
