• I had an awesome first time experience, with Crystal B. as my hair stylist, she understood what I was looking for and explained to me how my hair would look. I am a classic stylish girl looking to start to go bold. And I love my hair color and style. Crystal and I connected - she is awesome. One thing that really really helped me was seeing all the stylists work on your Wash House Instagram page and individual stylists page. That really helps decide on hair style, shows type of work and quality of salon and that you are connecting with your customers. Crystal and I exchanged brief messages on Instagram, I wanted to show her pics what I was thinking and that helped give her sense of me as first time customer! Thank you for great service. • Sammie-Jo is great! She's patient, very attentive and really wants her client to look their very best and goes above and beyond to do so! I was referred to her by a friend. Since then have continuously had a great experience with her. I am a naturally a brunette and she turned me into a blonde. Now I am rocking an ombre look and the blonde has faded beautifully. I also trusted her to give me an undercut and I love the way that turned out as well. All in all I would highly recommend Sammie-Jo to anyone.
