My 12 year old son is very nervous to try new things and everyone including other parents there were very friendly and welcoming. He got to try a class for free, which I did not expect and he smiled the whole way through. The trainer spent ample amount of time showing him how to do things and it was a no brainer to sign him up before we left!

Since joining my son Dylan has flourished and has a real focus on life and a sense what is right. His self-confidence has improved dramatically, and he is full of praise for his instructors especially those that have to hold the pads for his mighty blows. Great Muay Thai instructors. Maetee, Avan, Nick, and Dan are all very patient and motivating. Karlo especially has been great lately filling in -- all his suggestions have been very helpful. Also the overall culture at the gym is very positive.
