Everyone there is approachable, where I have previously found many gyms intimidating. I love being able to walk in and pick a workout from the board and not having to think about what I am going to do. And it's varied. Great people, great atmosphere, and beautiful fresh air flowing through rather than being cooped up in air conditioning 😊
