Great staff. Have only been there a couple of weeks, but staff know me by name and follow what I have done. They encourage me to do things I haven't tried and happy to answer all of my questions.
Also location. Being in CBD means I can do a session on my way to work.
Variety of equipment - can't get bored doing the same thing each time as always something new to use.
