Luke made me feel ver comfortable and welcome. Also was very attentive go my specific needs taking into account my medical condition. Felt he understood my limitations
Everyone is so motivating and kind, there are all different body types and everyone is on there own journeys. I have never felt judged.
Throughout the work out all the trainers are constantly cheering me on and motivating me to keep going.
They also know you by name when you walk through the door.
