Fantastic one on one professional indivisualised advice, very friendly , modify exercises to your capabilities,and attract normal people not show ponies just people who want to get fit.

Whenever I am there the staff is always helpful and patient.
Friendly people .. great and caring staff .. nothing was a bother.. easily changed when I couldn't get the exercise right.. didn't feel inferior.. was attended to quickly to keep going or to get correct movement rights.. clean .. adjusted exercise routine to suite time to get maximum effort all round .. good music.. smiles all round even if they were sweating their bums off 😀

Warrior caters to all age groups. I like having personal trainers in the floor who help and great that people don't wear head phones. Staff are awesome too and know their stuff
