You are wonderful but no business should believe they are a 10 or they won't strive
The trainers were great & the fact it was small groups & they helped the whole way through it was better than a big generic gym where you never see a trainer at all.
There is always room for a little improvement.

So far I have felt very comfortable and made to feel extremely welcome by staff. The centre is well thought out and logically set up. Nothing seems too much trouble.
The friendly staff and gym members being supportive of all fitness levels. The realness of Luke and the team!!!
