Very excited to find a nice open clean studio on my way home from work with great class times and great teachers!
Clean facility. Very welcoming and inviting. I've only been to one class so far but I throughly enjoyed it.
I feel welcome there. All of the staff and instructors have been so great. Nice studio.
Teacher was easy to follow, was attentive and present, the facility is so nice, music playlist was interesting and not distracting, and I felt like the class helped me and I left thinking "that's exactly what I needed today."
Tiffany was amazing. I live up in LA and wish I could find someone like her in my area. Her reiki balancing and sound healing was the best session I ever had. I loved the sitting at the end with the education on what she did and felt and was the first time I experienced that. It meant something to me. I will definitely go back to see her when I'm in the area!!
Didn't know what to expect, but it was a good experience. I think it will help relieve my back/shoulder pain. I'd do it again.
