She is an amazing instructor. Every week she teaches us different yoga practice and that is not the case with others. We learn from her a lot to stay healthy. She also helped everyone to make sure everyone following her instructions properly. Hand on corrections to everyone. Beside that the most calories I burn in this class. I hope she will take some classes in 5:30 pm. Thank you!
