I brought (6) 10 -11 year old girls in for Parisi Speed and Conditioning on a Saturday morning. The workout was age appropriate but challenging and Max was amazing with the kids. He had them laughing and he created an environment where the girls wanted to come back. Check in was easy he wasted no time getting the girls training.
