Every time I’ve walked through the doors I’ve been greeted with a smile. The trainers knew my name and my needs and capabilities from the start. When they realized that I was a survivor of the Virginia Beach mass shooting, they did just what I needed. Wrapped me in their arms and put my body to work. Wareings is my gym family.
