Joined the gym in 1993. This is the place that is a "go to" to stay fit and feel like you are part of a community. The staff is family and I feel welcome and free to ask questions, feel relaxed and challenged, without judgment. Come in and look around! All ages! Literally, -an octogenarian working out next to a millennial. Everyone is moving, smiling, and FIT!
