Just when you think you're in shape, you show up the next day and you're challenged again! The staff is so knowledgeable and cares so much about us. They know everyone's name and you feel welcomed the moment you walk in. I love my gym family!

All of the workouts are AMAZING! I'm learning a lot and getting so much stronger in the small groups with Terri and Jimmy. They pay close attention to form and continuously encourage! I did Jesse's cardio class this morning and it was tough but awesome! Jesse not only keeps his eyes on everyones form but he throws a challenge where he knows it will be accepted! Everyone is awesome, trainers AND members! So happy to be back!
