I enjoy the team training classes. They mix it up each day between strength, cardio and conditioning for a total body workout. The instructors are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.

I took a small training class with Jimmy, which was excellent. I was concerned it would be too challenging because I have not worked out regularly in a year, but the class was a right balance between challenging me a little but also helping me build up confidence. I also met with Cara to discuss membership options and she was exceptionally helpful!
