I love that Wareings offers 12noon classes. The classes are also very good. My least favorite class is I GO YOU GO (where you have to have a partner).

I've been a member of Wareings since the early 1990's. It's always been a family there. I train with Jimmy Mitchum now and could not be happier with the progress in my physical fitness. I no longer dread Monday's because that's one of the days I train with Jimmy. Thanks, Wareings and Jimmy!!
