I love this gym! Can't find a better gym. Classes are great. Trainers! Love Jimmy! Shea is really good. Teri, Chris and Janel are best class instructors!I would like, however, to see a little change in small group. I don't feel as challenged as I have been in the past.

Jimmy is doing an exceptional job working with my specific limitations. He's making sure that general muscle activation is taking place in areas where I'm weak to address building a core foundation. He also follows up after my workouts to make sure I am handling each new approach he takes in my training.
