Lately I’ve really loved my classes with Shea – she’s inspiring without being too pushy, I get a fantastic workout but never feel judged into going too hard (and not being able to move the next day), while she’s also always available and welcoming to help me try a more advanced move. I’ve recommended that my friends check out her classes, and I’m definitely going to seek out more of her classes – I may even try something new if she’s the instructor. I sound like such a fan girl right now, but this is the best I’ve felt about working out in awhile!
