Each session I’ve had in the group training has been really good. I’ve learned more effective ways to stretch, correct positioning during movements that in the past I was obviously doing wrong. I feel better after the workouts and I’m meeting new people. I like the entire staff, it’s an exceptional gym and environment because everyone truly cares and loves what they do!
