• I look forward to the classes. I get better results working out with a group than I do going solo. The instructors are knowledgeable, help you challenge yourself and make it fun.

• Staff are expert trainers that know each of us individually. Wareings team training is awesome. I have been a member since the 80's. For over 10 years, I have attended team training sessions three to seven days a week. I consider Wareing's Staff and members part of my family.
