My son has been taking classes now for 5 months. We have already noticed a difference in his speed and agility on the field. The training and conditioning he is getting also has greatly benefited him and continues to. Max, Jimmy and the other instructors have been wonderful and caring to him and really want to see him succeed. They have pushed him to be a better athlete while caring for his health and safety throughout the physical rigor.
