I take the Team Training classes and the Stretch class. All of the coaches are knowledgeable and helpful. They emphasize using the correct form when performing exercises. They are interested in my well being and encourage me to get the most out of my workouts. I can tell they enjoy their work.

I have been a gym member of Wareing's since the early 80's. Mostly as a student visiting for the summer’s starting while I was in Jr. High. Ultimately, I moved back home after college. During college at SDSU I had become a member of multiple gyms because of my schedule. That gave me the experience of be a member of the YMCA in Encinitas CA, Family Fitness in Encinitas CA and countless other gyms in North County San Diego while in College in San Diego State. All the other gyms tend to focus on the latest flashy equipment without the attention of a personally, professional staff invested in the health and wellness of its members. That is what separates Wareing’s from other big box gyms. The Wareing’s family focuses on the basics with personal and professional approach to help each member to achieve their optimal potential focusing on the strength, health and wellness of each member of all ages. All with the latest fitness equipment necessary to accomplish your health and wellness goals.
