• I enjoyed the 1 on 1 aspect that let my trainer notice the little things I did wrong. You wouldn't be able to notice those things in a large group.

• Marcus was so detailed in his coaching and he throughly explained the rationale in the drills he gave my daughter. The actual teaching and explanations is what she enjoyed the most. We will be signing her up for regular training sessions with VSI.
