Staff are respectful, helpful, and professional. The gym is clean, organized, and has all of the equipment/machines I need for any workout.
The Facility is awesome. I love that I have 24 hour access and functional fitness all in one. James is an awesome trainer. I love the way he coaches and howpositive he is. Beto is always ready and willing to help me with any questions I have from membership to the different machines to little coaching bits wheneverI need. The facility is always clean and smells fresh from the bathroom to the gym floors.
I believe in group exercise and that VF has a plan for me
