• Great conversation with Savannah, she's very kind and friendly. I loved my hair, it lasted all night and all day today and my pedicure was very relaxing! The esthetician who did my pedi (I forgot her name) was very kind as to let my friend sit with me at the massage chairs. She was very clean and she didn't let me leave until my pedi was dry. Really appreciate the customer service from the receptionist as well. Overall very thrilled with the service at Vixen and will likely return soon. ☺️

• It had been a while since I last waxed due wintertime & Christmas holidays. Sharnelle (sp?) managed beautifully without hurting me. So I felt great afterwards, back to normal & enjoyed evening celebrations. Also, I had consult w/Lisa who introduced me to Savanna about my hair colour. I might give it a try as the colour used in Donatos has been hurting my scalp. Either way, I left very satisfied. Thank you.
