Ve was so supportive and a great teacher, the pace was great. In future classes i'm really excited to do more strength-based pole fitness but the dance aspect was really fun and new for me.

Lovely place to take classes! Instructors are very welcoming and accommodating to people of all skill levels and class is structured in a way where there is both learning and feeling the burn. The choreography combos are always fun as well!
