It was a really good vibe. I felt comfortable. The routine was fun and challenging. I felt energized and empowered afterwards.

I loved our instructor Tomika- I'm not sure if that's how you spell her name. But she made class so amazing. I am scheduling my bachelorette party there now.
Tomika was warm, friendly, and made my first time fun and exciting. She created a safe space for me to feel confident and free to express myself while learning a fun new skill. Will definitely be back.
My classes at Vixen have been great! Danielle and Tamiko are both very fun, encouraging instructors, and I feel like I’m learning a lot every time I go.

Pole is always the best part of my week! It is such a fun and challenging way to get moving and work different muscle groups. Also being in a class full of strong women, helps make the atmosphere enjoyable and encouraging.
