Denise was absolutely amazing! She was patient and even provided modifications for those who were unable to do all of the moves. She definitely inspired me to continue working towards my fitness goals with this class!
Our instructor was AMAZING, she made everyone feel so comfortable, and made something so new to us feel so natural! The bride had a BLAST, and so did we :) I would highly recommend classes here to anyone!
